Pros

Working as a sale associate with Neiman's is very rewarding. I worked at one of the smaller stores for a few years and did very well. The company gives you everything you need to build a successful clientele, including an iPhone and software specifically for Neiman employees. The company is very organized in terms of events, notification of events, and updates of software. The atmosphere is fun, the people at my store were great, and the job is very rewarding.

Cons

Like any other retailer, sometimes working late nights and weekends can be a bummer... and around the holiday season you may want to pull your head off... but that's just retail in general. I do wish upper management would be a less micro managing... it seemed that every other day they wanted me to contact the same customers over and over about new promos, and often time the customers would get annoyed and stop shopping at our location. Also, there are a little too many promos... having a promo one week, and then a better one the following week can be frustrating for customers.
