Great people, collaborative work environment, employee perks/discount, most reputable retailer in the business. A fun place to go to everyday for work!

Cons

Schedule; while better than most retailers there are still holiday black out periods and night and weekend shifts. After 10 years of working a retail schedule I decided to look elsewhere Promotions: if you are able to relocate you will get promoted but the the HR position, there isonly 1 position above you and in most cases the HR Manager is tenured and not looking to leave
