Pros

Working from home and pay is decent. It is easy to move up if you want to have more stress and be treated unfairly.

Cons

Poor management and lack of associate appreciation. They also do not do references so working for them for 4 years was worthless.

Pros

Store closes 1 hour earlier than the rest of the mall.

Cons

Employees on the parking lot level are expected to handle the customer service problems and returns for the entire store and for online. You do not get a base salary---straight commission only! In essence, if you're not selling you're not getting paid. The also demand that you send hundreds of individual emails on your time---free marketing tool for them.

Pros

Great people, increased knowledge of designer brands

Cons

Compensation was poor, favoritism was used in regards to promotions/ability to advance in the company instead of actual work ethic. A lot of individuals felt as though management would speak freely about private conversations, which did not improve our work environment. Lack of diversity overall in regards to ethnicities and body types.
