      Outsourcing killed my opinion

      Pros

      None - they discard their very loyal employees

      Cons

      They outsourced their entire Infrastructure and some of the Development positions which were in the thousands even though they were still making profit.

      Pros

      High end company with high standards in every aspect of the business. The best place to work for people whom enjoy fashion, and are ambitious and motivated.

      Cons

      Competitive environment which filters out people whom are not team players or whom do not make a contribution to the success of the company. Success is recognized and rewarded.

      Pros

      To have a Job! With perks if you choose to use them. The customers are for the most part very plesant.(Better than your average retail store++

      Cons

      Different expectaions for each person who works ,mgmt only expectes a associate to give what they want to. Very little and leave the rest to others .If a person is lazy its O.K because the hard worker is expected to pick up the slack. And as for sales, the person who does the least stock and cleaning gets the most sales and praise as the one that that is making the racks where the customers can shop with ease has no time to make ther goal. Mangt only can see $$$
