Management has no control over their department. Human Resources is clueless about moral and ethical charachter. Way to much store gossip. Lies about other employee work so the lier can advance. Too much favoratism. Work you like dogs. Follow you around. Everyone is always tired and depressed. Store is run like a dictatorship. No professionalism. No opportunities for advancement. Terribe hours. Always work weekends. No friends. Back stabbings everyday. Selfish enviroment.
