      Great discounts but horrible pay scale.

      Pros

      The best thing about this company is the discounts they offer to their employees. Also when you become a specialist there are added bonuses and incentives.

      Cons

      The management at this location is disfunctional at best, poor communication between upper management and associates on the selling floor.

      Pros

      Good company to put on your resume Sellers get company i-phones Employee discount is nice, with extra discount days often

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism, management overlooks poor behavior by several associates, while holding others accountable for same actions Poor benefits, and you have to pay for parking Wages below industry standard in many areas New management (store manager, HR, LP) attempts to bully associates with statements such as "you're either on my bus, or you can get off and leave" and they use the "open door" policy to see who is unhappy with the company. If you complain about anything, they do everything they can to make you leave. Most associates are looking for a way out.

      Pros

      The company offers premier luxury good assortments, they are a quality retailer and treat their employees respectfully. Overall, the work environment is enjoyable.

      Cons

      The down side is that there is limited opportunity for growth. One can only move up if you are located in Dallas and take a position in corporate. Sales associates are rarely able to move into management and Department Managers have minimal opportunity to move into executive positions. Therefore, the company doesn't maximize it's talent.
