Pros
You get a discount of 30 % which is nice if you really care about buying overpriced clothing and furniture. They write the schedules a for a whole month and give it to you weeks before the month ends so you can plan your life.
Cons
Very Corporate Have to be careful not to say something that will hurt someones feelings. People are very uptight and you cant "be friends" with people outside of work even though it goes against the laws in Texas. They cant legally have control of what or who you do things with off the clock, but it is in their policies.
