Pros

great merchandise, fun atmosphere, great working hours, decent benefits, lots of events, product knowledge, and generally a good place to work if you don't want a career.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities for advancement, you have to wait for someone to retire if you want to move up in the store. Lots of preferential treatment, senior management does not recognize achievements.
