      Pros

      You are compensated well, excellent benefits, discount, beautiful work environment and you can meet a lot of influential people and develop extraordinary relationships.

      Cons

      There are a lot of new policies in place, which could change the hourly rate at some point; the store manager doesn't have the best appraoch when trying to motivate the team. They are using a scare tactic and not being realistic about the economy. There isn't any loyalty to boot. You can work for the company five years or twenty five years and they won't blink an eye when it comes to eliminating your position or forcing you into early retirement.

      Pros

      The only thing good about working here is the employee discount.

      Cons

      Being on commission is horrible in this store. Everything gets returned even worn merchandise so they take that money out of your check. If you don't make your goals for the payperiod then you owe the company so making goals is impossible because no one keeps anything.
