      Nelson-Jameson provides a multitude of Pros including a family-like culture, strong work ethic is appreciated, internal growth opportunities and lots of events to look forward to.

      Great Company with a Culture of Kindess and Honesty

      Pros

      Growing family-owned company that really makes an impact on the communities in which it operates nationwide. Has been operating for over 75 years and is in the 4th generation of family ownership. The owners really care about their employees, and often put the company and its people above their own interests. Recently they founded a philanthropic foundation in which employees can participate.

      Cons

      Company-wide communication could be clearer and more frequent, but there is a current initiative to remedy that.
