Owners, Senior Leadership, Directors and Managers really care about the work life balance and keeps a pulse on how the culture is. You get all the tools you need to succeed. I've been employed at Nemacolin for a VERY LONG time and as long as you do the best you can do and do your JOB, you will be very successful regardless of what career path you choose.

Cons

Very toxic people and work environment. No help from HR and complete bullying and mental abuse from General Manager and VP’s. Completely unprofessional and shameful! Steer clear of this place if you value any decency in life and your Mental health. Shameful how honest hard working people are treated
