The TEAM environment is a huge part of the success at NEMACOLIN. We all work closely together with one goal.........to provide our guests with the absolute finest experience. We pride ourselves in the YES mentality and our guests comment on associates that made their stay the best ever every single day! I love to work in a team environment!!!!!

Pros

Fantasyland of golf, spa, zoo, restaurants for guests. Biggest employer in a very poor county. Owner has deep pockets so doesn't nickel & dime.

Cons

Owner is extremely volatile and too involved. Results in huge turnover. She will fire a manager or dozens of hourly employees on a whim. Highly discourage anyone to move to the area to work here. The area doesn't have much to offer so when (not if) you are fired, then what?
