The Wildlife team has a good work life balance because of the 4 on 3 off schedule.

Cons

Low job security, mass layoffs are common, the ownership makes rash decisions and is hard to work with, and their employee policies are extremely strict. The benefits are subpar, work conditions are good in guest view, but poor in employee only areas, and the company does not listen to feedback.

Pros

Nemacolin Resort stays out of casino. Only have to go to resort for new hire or big trainings.

Cons

Resort has no clue what goes on inside the casino. The casino upstairs employees are so glad the resort leads don't come in. Casino managers are so afraid for their jobs, they are threatening forclousre of hours on hourly. None of them upstairs should be in charge.
