Opportunity; benefits; empowerment; associate events; able to learn skills within your wheelhouse and outside of your wheelhouse; engagement with senior leaders; wonderful environment.

Cons

The daily needs and experience can change quickly based on guest needs. All departments must be ready to adapt, improvise and overcome. If an associate can't do that with a good attitude, this could appear to be a difficult place to work. But, if teams collaborate, Magic can happen!
