Pros

There are alot of activities and celebrations for associates. The majority of staff are great. Cheap lunch program.

Cons

Sometimes people are treated like a number rather than a person. Everyone is replaceable. Management can be fickle with how they treat people. Some people that have worked there for years are pushed out with no true justification. While others that have worked there forever and do a horrible job are not let go. At times they even create fluff titles for these people to remain employed--they do little work but they get to keep showing up. They also farm a lot of upper management in from other states, and they typically dont last very long.

Pros

Very fast paced in a remote location, Endless opportunity for employment and advancement. I have been at Nemacolin for quite a few years, and I love this place. The artwork, the ever changing grounds. The owners of the resort are absolutely phenomenal!!
