The experiences that are offered are second to none and the organization keeps growing and expanding by investing in the experiences and in the people that make this place run.

Cons

Competitive wage, many associate events (both formal and casual), excellent recognition program, fair work/life balance. Driven upper management team who truly care about individuals and celebrate successes. Great opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Large property - can make it hard to know the other associates as well as you'd like to!

The owners are very giving and truly care about their associates. With this being such a small community, I am very thankful to have Nemacolin, short travel time. Great Family/Work balance.

Cons

Parking can take up too much time before and after work.
