Each and every department goes the extra mile to help other departments out in times of need. Family atmosphere. Competitive wage scales. Leadership is in place to take the resort into an amazing place.

Cons

Trying to keep up with all the new things going on, because there is so much happening at the Resort!

A place to grow up as a person and as an associate. Really nice place to, friendly associates. Being at Nemacolin 5 plus years has been teaching me a lot, started from the bottom and work my way up until where I am right now, I can say and proud of myself and to be working at Nemacolin. A lot of opportunities to grow.

Cons

A lot of work to do but as long as people is ready to word should not be any problem.
