Pros

Tipped positions can earn good money during the busy season. They are developing a nice social infrastructure for associates with activities and special events throughout the year. Longer-termed associates are helpful to newer people.

Cons

Chaotic. Constant changes. Broken infrastructure. After orientation, once an new associate gets to his or her department, detailed and ample training for job tasks is severely lacking. Poor communication between departments. Lots of misinformation to guests. Despite how often they tell you that you’re valued, you won’t really feel that way.
