I have never worked with a better group of coworkers. Retail discount is great 40%! Holiday decor is beautiful

Cons

Horrible pay. 70+ work weeks. Can't schedule vacation because the resort is always short staffed. Group firings to save the bottom line is common. You will work the job of 4 people because no one applies for open positions. Stress levels so high you will need alcohol to sleep

Resort focuses on the true reason, the guest experience. Management works with your schedule, uniforms supplied and washed, benefits, great resort perks. You meet people from all parts of the world.

Cons

Short staffed a lot of the time. Top tier management changes often, therefore consistency is jeopardized.
