Pros

Gave me great customer service experience, met many people from all over the world, Forbes training, internship and apprenticeship, recent increase in pay, decent benefits (spa discount, room discount, golf discount, dining discount, health care) and housing provided if needed.

Cons

Management needs more training/schooling. Some can be very unprofessional, unfair, and cliquey. Scheduling is very inconsistent. Summer and fall are the busiest time of the year, things die down in winter and slowly start picking back up in spring. You are required to work triples, and schedule often changes throughout the week. Very long exhausted hours when busy.

Pros

Great place to get experience in the business. Plenty of opportunities to move around and get experience in different departments.

Cons

Goals and projects are constantly changing, what may be a clear objective one week may not be the case next week. New executive team and owner has no trust or confidence in existing management. If you take a management position don't get comfortable, you instantly start a timer for when you will eventually be let go.
