Pros

Awesome ownership and leadership team. Vision and goals are made very clear and resources are made available to make this the best resort in the world. This is taken this very seriously and it's not just lip-service. Great care and pride is taken in making sure associates are happy and treated with respect and care. Salary and wages are extremely competitive. Guests are awesome.

Cons

There are none. It is a rural location, which some would say is a con, but you can live 30 min away and be in Morgantown. Personally, I like the rural setting.

The opportunities for all career levels here is outstanding! The individuals that build this organization truly care for their associates; and it shows daily. The environment is growing to be positive, up-beat, and FUN!

Cons

We have associates that have a difficult time with change- with open communication we will have all associates excited and embracing the dream of becoming number one!
