It's an exciting place to work. There are many opportunities among many departments. I'm grateful to have found gainful employment in Fayette County that keeps me engaged and satisfied.

Cons

It is hard work! Working for a business that's open 24/7/365 can be tough sometimes.

Pros

Great atmosphere, a very unique property that deals primarily with high end clientele. Your daily interactions with both guest and other associates is generally top notch. Its a very fun place to work, a lot of opportunity exists for progression provided you have a good work ethic and positive attitude. The associate discounts are great and the associate golf league on Mondays presents a great opportunity to wind down.

Cons

Benefits are a little expensive for the family plan, parking at times can be a bit of a struggle when running in between meetings.
