Pros
The staff I worked with were super nice. Everyone is generally friendly. They offer on or near site housing for employees which is generally cheap.
Cons
It’s a running joke among them how long a new manager will last. I asked a gentleman with which I worked closely if he would consider moving up because he was so dedicated and passionate about his position. He said he would then only have a target on his back. Upper management had unrealistic expectations with its restaurant managers, constantly implementing new protocols and procedures, dozens of spreadsheets. Increasing productivity and efficiency is important but there is only so much time in a day. While trying to focus on all these new spreadsheets, they were then criticized for not spending enough time on the floor for all three meals. Well duh!! And then you had to watch out for getting the Julius Caesar treatment by...I’m not gonna name names but it sounds like Schnarcus Shonzales. It seems like his job security comes from firing those around him.
