Pros
Great place to work due to the location and experience/knowledge you will gain here. This is an entry level position and you will learn and be taught everything you need to know. Great team within Nemean for this contract, and with also the peers on the government civilian side. The schedule is 7am-3:30pm, all in person, no travel. Most people have been able to move into the GS side in this role starting out as a contractor first here.
Cons
The pay is not competitive, which is why in my opinion contractors in this role have moved to the GS civilian side or other opportunities. Living in the DC/NOVA area is expensive and I don’t think the HR department (who is not local to this area) is considering this.
