Chill, good offices, young people.

Cons

Job can be spread thin between many people and there can be periods of inaction because you have nothing to do. Depending on the team it may not offer a lot of furthermore development of your skills. Pay grade can be a bit low. A few months after the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic employees were urged to come back to the office.
