Pros

Nemetschek Bulgaria is a good choice for first job. It offers the average salaries for Sofia region. The working time is flexible and you can take couple of days of for University studies, even when working on a full time. Lots of nice and helpfull people that really know how to party.

Cons

The projects in the company are the main problem. Since its outsourcing big part of the projects are either not interesting, ot just the real problem are not outsource. Also sometimes you depend on your American, German bosses and the barely know you.
