The organization is constantly moving in a forward direction with a new hospital in Orlando and expansion at Alfred I. duPont Hospital. Good benefits and friendly people,

Pros

It's a really good children's hospital. Parents really know that the doctors and nurses care about their children. I feel that I'm making a difference in children's lives.

Cons

The rigid pay scale and lack of funding for research means that I need to look elsewhere for a job, unfortunately. The red tape and "Performance Management" hoops to jump through are really annoying.
