Worst Consultancy Ever

Pros

The only good thing is that they provide accommodation while training.

Cons

Truly worst consultancy ever. The management is head strong and treat employees in a very disrespectful way. No much quality in the training. No transparency and pay is delayed by days and if calling about pay, no proper response even. No response if anything is required. Be ready to deal with a lot of mess if ever going to join this.

Pros

Management is good in some areas, they provide food and stay in their guest houses which most of employers don't provide. They also have cars available for employees to travel back and forth to office from guest house which is a very good thing. CEO is very nice and friendly and if you have any issues you can talk to her without any hesitation. Training is good too and they will force you to practice more which is good for employees. Two offices provides enough space for everyone to work peacefully.

Cons

Zero transparency when it comes to legal issues as in filing H1 etc or they won't share pay order with you so you actually kinda don't know what you are getting paid. Salaries come pretty late and sometimes its almost after 15 days which troubles a lot because of all the bills and rents that we have to pay. First salary you would get almost after 2 months which is the biggest drawback because that is the most crucial time where you move to a new state or city and relocation costs a lot of money. If you have to leave this employer you are not sure if your remaining balances are cleared out or no since there is no transparency. A lot of times management or payroll folks are not too helpful if you ask them any question. If your salary or remaining due balance is delayed and you call again and again to ask for it then management gets really annoyed and might misbehave sometime.
