      CEO's Reign of Errors and Mediocrity

      Pros

      Increasingly fewer and fewer each day.

      Cons

      The CEO is notably absent and has made dreadful leadership hiring decisions over the past several years. He's sacked the leaders who built the company from zero revenue and who established the wonderful company culture that once existed, but is now long gone. He is the least accessible CEO to customers that I have ever encountered and has made it clear that he intends to remain CEO for life. In his quest to be a Silicon Valley CEO, he has hired narcissistic and inept leaders, avoided hiring effective leaders who might threaten his position, and persuaded the board to accept lower expectations.

      Pros

      I don't even know. The tech is cool but also very complex. If you want to be led by New York Times quotes and canned motivational quotes, this place is for you. The pay is very good -- well over market and keeps me here....but for sales people looking, be careful on OTE as attainment is sporadic -- there are haves/have nots.

      Cons

      The place is rudderless and those that have been around forever are not held accountable for anything besides being buddies with the Emil, while others just get cycled through to do the dirty work. The CEO is so disconnected and aloof it's almost amusing.
