      A truly great place to work

      Pros

      Smart, kind and approachable people. A really interesting product with huge growth potential. Mature approach to management resulting in a great work life balance.

      Cons

      The engineering teams aren't very diverse but as a company DE&I is a priority. It's a very inclusive place of work but certain departments like Engineering, would benefit from diverse teams.

      Twilio Part Deux

      Pros

      If you've ever wanted to be part of Twilio you may now experience it by joining the Neo4j sales team!

      Cons

      The new CRO appears, in my opinion, to be cleaning house and replacing sales reps and leaders with their former Twilio colleagues. Neo4j's wonderful European culture has been swallowed by a group of mediocre American business leaders the CEO has hired. Neo4j is now just another sad Silicon Valley tech company, except we don't even have an office there anymore.
