      Pros

      Neo has a very useful product and a great group of people working at the company. They really do a good job of hiring smart and dedicated people. There is excellent work-life balance, and the executive and senior staff are very supportive of all employees and really encourage and foster open communication. They really stay true to their Swedish egalitarian values and work culture.

      Cons

      I don't have any real complaints. Sometimes, things will move a bit slower than I expected, but usually, it's because there's real thoughtful decision making taking place. Can't complain about that.

      Pros

      Fun environment full of brilliant and dedicated people. Enormous amounts of autonomy and freedom to execute on company goals.

      Cons

      Onboarding process is somewhat informal and can be stressful, however peers are eager to help you get traction quickly.
