      Pros

      The people I work with are genuinely great. On the whole the company cares about its culture and its people, at least that's my experience. There are opportunities for development and moving around different areas of the company. I have a lot of autonomy and everyone on the team has a say in how we do things. I get to work with some interesting tech as well. There is a lot of transparency and openness from the leadership team.

      Cons

      For me personally, there are no cons. There is a bit of a lack of diversity - a common problem in the tech industry - but at least I think everyone is welcoming and inclusive.

      Pros

      Good Product - does what it needs to do. Feedback from customers is overly good/very good.

      Cons

      Recent hired C-level does have a significant lack of experience filling their roles. Hired from director level at previous companies where they might have done well. In the CxO position at Neo4j they are completely overwhelmed and lose their people big time. Employee satisfaction and employee motivation is low as the feel is you work for inexperienced trainees for the C level role finding their way. Not a good place to get started. As soon as there are alternatives, I'm out.
