Pros

I really like that I've been able to take on more responsibilities than my role would imply and feel that has been rewarded by the company. Although there is quite a lot on my plate, it's not too stressful since my manager trusts me to get the important things done without breathing down my neck.

Cons

Cross-team collaboration, especially between products is a struggle. Processes & mindsets have not grown/evolved to reflect the number of employees.

Pros

The technology is impressive. The values are at least as outstanding, both build on relationships. I'm located in Sweden and the values resonate in the Malmö office! Inspiring environment! Competitive salaries & benefits. Work-life balance culture.

Cons

Part of the company is distributed, which makes it challenging to connect with everyone or to meet face-to-face. The company is growing as well, and transformations are tricky, especially in the times we're facing. I joined recently and I think it's being handled well.
