Pros
Neo4j is quite possibly one of the most amazing places to work in tech. The open culture, the bleeding edge technology and more importantly the kind people all makes every day a joy. The company has massive potential and we are just getting started. We have a massive TAM to concur and we are really at day 1. As a salesperson, you feel protection from leadership and compassion is a big characteristic of the entire management team. Quotas are achievable and generous comp plans allows hardworking folks to be well compensated. The Swedish heart in a Silicon Valley company is a winning combination and I would recommend every job seeker in tech to seriously consider Neo4j.
Cons
As with any fast growing startup, processes are not as efficient and there needs to be more structure, but nothing too hard to handle.
