The upshot of awful sales leadership is that it's nearly impossible to lose your job for missing quota.
Cons
Our CRO is a walking buzzword generator who's utterly clueless about actually driving revenue. She sacked the VP of US Sales to run it herself, but instead of fixing sales, she's wasting time in other areas doing god knows what. The most baffling part is that our CEO seems oblivious to this disaster, accepting her endless list of excuses when we miss quarter after quarter, allowing her to wreck the company's value.
