      The autonomy to do great work on an amazing product that makes a real-world impact. The people here are also the most engaging and kind people to work with. You feel as though people want to get to know you for you, and it really can bring out your true working self.

      Food! Engineering focused company Poised to be the centre of an explosive growth in the graph DB market space Genuinely exciting tech to work with Emil is awesome Work life balance is fantastic

      Salaries on the low side Better bonus and benefits would be nice Swedish flat hierarchy comes with problems when making decisions A lot of people work permanently remote, it's part of company DNA, yet if you're based in an office, management will tell you you cant spend 2 consecutive weeks remotely
