      Pros

      There are some great people at Neo4j; it used to be a great place to work. I think it is still a good place to work for many people, but the culture is eroding in many areas.

      Cons

      Stay away (especially if you are interested in a people team role) until a new Chief People Officer is hired. The current CPO is condescending and lacks thoughtfulness. She does not have the qualities you'd hope for in a CPO, namely strong leadership and the ability to create a positive work environment.

      - Receive a promotion & pay if your friends with the CEO - Receive yearly double digit merit % funding if you're EMEA Engineering - Receive no performance rating if you're EMEA Engineering

      Cons

      - Company is making poor decisions to fund money shortage - Silent departures are happening all around by choice & not by choice - Pay increases low due to EMEA Engineering taking all the money - CEO only cares for EMEA
