Pros

Formerly a prominent company, it completely missed the AI revolution.

Cons

Our CMO appears to be particularly sensitive to criticism. Over the past two years he has gradually replaced the existing team members one by one with his personal Posse of individuals who seem to be more inclined to follow his directives obediently. A situation where those who lack knowledge are guiding others who are equally unaware. The blind leading the blind. Equally concerning are the latest alterations he has made to our brand. Rather than evoking the essence of a graph, it gives the impression of spilled buckets of paint. One might wonder, what exactly does the new look convey about graph technology? It's perplexing to see a competitor's logo incorporated into the pattern. How did this go unnoticed? I hope it's now evident that the CMO's "18-month" plan is not bearing fruit, and the CEO removes his blinders, ceasing to be like Denethor II, or has he lost interest in ruling the Graph Kingdom?

Pros

I think the product is great, which is also reflected in company growth. Colleagues are super nice. Work life balance is also great. As an engineer you can have a lot of impact and are able to contribute ideas and have a degree of freedom in what you are working on. I also think the engineering standards are very high:great testing and CICD and modern tech stacks. Compensation is solid and there are benefits like extra 5 days off (on top of the regular 30 days) and occasionally traveling to the Sweden office.

Cons

The scale up stage the company is in has a bit of growth pains. Also career/promotion paths could be more comprehensive.

Thanks so much for your review!! I'm thrilled to hear you're having such a great experience. I LOVED the energy and excitement in the London office during my last visit! Growing pains for sure - we are growing fast, and will continue to focus on how to keep up, and ensure we grow maturity-wise, right along with headcount and revenue! Please keep the feedback coming! Pros

I really like that I've been able to take on more responsibilities than my role would imply and feel that has been rewarded by the company. Although there is quite a lot on my plate, it's not too stressful since my manager trusts me to get the important things done without breathing down my neck.

Cons

Cross-team collaboration, especially between products is a struggle. Processes & mindsets have not grown/evolved to reflect the number of employees.
