Pros

Amazing people, great HR, good for entry level

Cons

A total mess. The worst managers I've ever encountered, in all aspects. Clients dictate the work and the timeline for it while only new junior developers code it, no seniors left in the company at all. Using old technology, no room for new suggestions and/or improvements ("We don't have the capacity for it")

Some managers are good teachers. HR are nice.

- Outdated\deprecated technologies. - Unprofessional employees - aren’t educated and\or have an experience in their field. - Almost no training. - Very cheap company - minimum investment on their employees. - Bad organizational politics.
