I've been working NeoGames for 1.5 years. I`m more than satisfied with the working conditions that NeoGames provides to employees. Here we have a great social package that includes and is not limited to a)basic social package coverage: medical and sports , maternity leave, sick leave, vacation b)extra benefits: great company presents that are making you feel cared, involvement in social activities, supporting/helping employees if needed etc NeoGames actively participates in charity and supports the Ukrainian army. For the employees who were called to the army NeoGames saved positions, salary and supporting them. Neogames is a great company that always cares about people and provides a great opportunity for everyone to have professional and personal growth. This is a company with professionals on all levels and positions.HR is always supportive and ready to help in case of any issues, questions etc and you feel cared. Tech experts (Developers, QA, QAA etc) deliver great solutions. The product itself is very huge, so there are huge challenges for professional growth, tasks are complex and you`ll never feel boring. The leadership team created a transparent atmosphere and shared all the company news without any shadow mode that inspires people to trust the company. I can say that for NeoGames gives a feeling of a dream job. I`m happy to be a part of this company!
