Pros

Only some colleagues, who are friendly or fun, to be able to go thru the day together.

Cons

we are treated poorly, we get paid poorly, so good luck! If you want to read a bit more, here's some very real stuff, shared from the experience I've seen. Most people are barely talking to anyone, it's all about small groups, maybe per team or country of origin. Divided because of what we all have to endure. And we mostly have to listen, have almost no say in how to improve or get things done better. Managers are lying to everyone, whilst the company is profiting, we barely get paid properly. It's discouraging to be in an office, where they make us come (after fully remote during covid) for 3 times per week, as we also have no parking and there's plenty of traffic jams. They took everything what was good and turned it into bad. From coffee and breakfast to sending out emails about how to eat, etc. They are hypocrites, no matter if they call the company Neogames, Aspire Global or now the new name, from down under. They dont listen to no one but themselves and make fun of people who have disabilities. Mistreat the people! Many come, and leave almost immediately to a better opportunity. The few who stay, are working too many hours, as they keep demanding more, and changing how to move forward. We're lucky, if we can go home after 10h, with almost minimum break time. We dont get any proper tech or gadgets, the office and furniture keeps breaking, there's even power outages. People argue about AC on or off. The execitoves just dont care about us, the people. They are probably profiting on higher levels, maybe even money laundering, but who knows... we are treated poorly, we get paid poorly, so good luck! And if you say anything, be prepared to have to quit, as they like to fire people under false pretense too.
