-Customers are extremely hard to deal with. More so then most CSR roles -Sometimes there is a lack of communication with CSRs supervisors

It was a toxic work environment where I was harassed and made uncomfortable by male customers. The company had no regard for my well-being, even after seeing a customer physically push up against me while key leadership members were in the room. Money is more important than the well-being of female employees. Multiple female employees have experienced uncomfortable situations with this same customer. I have never worked somewhere where you didn't matter, to the point of harassment not mattering. Despite having a great performance review and offered a raise, I left. All the money wasn't worth what I went through. I would not recommend NPI. Especially not if you are female.
