Pros
Employee appreciation is buying cheap bagels from Panera on Tuesday and $5 pizzas on Wed. Don’t hold your breathe and apply to a better job.
Cons
We are so underpaid!! They have been “working on” & “researching” raises for 3 years now and we have seen nothing! NOTHING! This company makes 20% of online sales yet can’t “afford” to pay their employees?!? This company has potential but they need to reinvest in their employees that this company is built on!
