      All field clinicians I met were amazing clinicians and coworkers - passionate for their line of work and great patient advocates

      Cons

      The entire admin staff is outsourced, which makes it very difficult to work with since they do not understand how our insurance works or what is within scope of practice for various professions. Almost every single paycheck was shorted because payroll forgot to add on extra mileage or extra pay or vacation/holiday pay. Outsourced admin tried to bully you into taking patients that were not yours for the taking and would give away patients in your coverage area to other therapists outside the area.

      The team at Neogen Care is genuinely collaborative and supportive. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of a family. Everyone is eager to share knowledge, offer guidance, and celebrate each other’s successes, making it a fantastic work culture. Recruiting healthcare professionals for roles that directly impact patients’ lives is deeply fulfilling. Knowing that the caregivers I place are helping families and improving the quality of life for patients makes my job feel truly purposeful. One of the best parts of the job is the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and employees. Helping someone find the right fit for their team or career is incredibly gratifying, and I get to be part of their journey.
