Outstanding product and great mission but Neon has its quirks

Pros

The product is constantly being updated and you are helping the nonprofit users make a difference. Extremely flexible work life balance, great for people who want to work exclusively from home. You can travel and work from anywhere, with unlimited PTO. Very relaxed sales environment.

Cons

Lacks culture and team communication. There are often changes that are not well planned out, as a result sales gets insufficient training and struggles with marketing materials. As well, goals can sometimes be unattainable and most of the team does not meet quota.

We give back to the clients we serve by offering each employee 1 paid day per month to contribute their efforts to a local non-profit!

Pros

Really enjoyed working with my team, and the lack of pressure to return to office that exists at other companies. Unlimited PTO was truly unlimited PTO. Good work life balence.

Cons

Lack of effort by leadership in company culture, and employees are often left in the dark about a lot of important company news and development. Compensation and promotion structure could also use some improvement.
