Pros

Organization is growing fast and maintaining a focus on supporting nonprofit organizations to leverage the best software to raise more money and drive more impact in the world. Great opportunity to work in a place where you can have high growth (personally and professionally) and see meaningful impact from the work you deliver.

Cons

Company is growing fast so has the natural challenges around that growth and change.
