      Pros

      Great company culture that is employee and customer focused New hires are warmly welcomed into the fold and given both respect and responsibility Cool technology/product with real value that solves a real problem Encouragement to take initiative, be creative and innovate

      Cons

      The company is in a fast moving segment of the tech industry and the amount and pace of change is not for everyone.

      Pros

      It is a great place to work. The environment is fun and working with the latest technologies never gets boring. I have been able to add numerous technologies to my skill set in my short time here. Tenured members of the staff are doing a great job of imparting knowledge and providing the tools for me to grow and succeed in the business. My coworkers are great and I'm proud to call Adar my home. (It doesn't hurt that the break room is awesome!)

      Cons

      Public transportation might be difficult if you live west of the city, although there is a yellow line station nearby.

      Adar leadership demonstrates a commitment to doing what is right and best for their customers and employees. Overall staff is involved, committed and passionate about service and customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      With any fast growing company, their are growing pains. This can be perceived as a con or embraced as an opportunity to influence.
