      Lots of good people throughout the teams

      Private equity has destroyed the culture and will bring other unwanted changes. Employees are only valued for what they bring in this month.

      Remote first company, passionate/talented team members, great product.

      Cons

      Below market salary, constant layoffs not based on performance, lack of alignment on roles/projects, “bring-your-own” device essentially forces you to foot the bill for your equipment.
