Pros
Solid technical and business leadership. The company culture has that "Let's get it done" attitude and do what is right for the customer. The company gives you the flexibility to be creative, leverage your work experience, take chances. You get some wins and you learn from your risks that may have not worked out. Very team oriented for support across organizations from the executive leadership, to marketing, technical engineering, customer support, sales, etc. This is a growth mode company with plenty of opportunities. This is one of those companies that has 4 generations of employee types working together and making it happen. That's not too common these days.
Cons
The typical growing pains with companies in growth mode. Don't expect fortune 500 business processes in place. It does give opportunity for you to contribute to continuous improvement programs.
