      Once you're hired, representatives abandon you. No communications to see how job is going. Terrible benefits. No holiday pay.

      Connections great in the company, slowly moving upwards, recruiting team building across country

      Cons

      Large recruitment centers are coming mainstream and taking local connections away - time off policy is 10 days / year, let that sink in... no professional training provided and is all self taught
